I dusted off the retail box version of W1, its the enhanced version. On the menu screen it doesnt say what "version " it is.

On the first screen when you start the game, there is an option to check for updates, but the site is all in polish, even the "Home" page is polish.

There's a directors cut patch and a drm-free patch if I remember rightly. Try searching 1.5 I think that was the patch version.

The "Director's Cut" was, I believe, mainly for the American version which was censored and restored it to the full European content.

Well I dont need a disc to run it, so I'm guessing that would mean its already DRM free?

Most likely, in which case it's up to date. They may have brought out a newer version of the Enhanced Edition already patched to 1.5.
