What kind of shitty low-grade college / university does not offer free Windows these days? Back in my uni days I had 10 valid Windows XP keys, all free, legit and university provided. XP Professional, not Home Shitstainum.

Is the student license version branded differently? Only it seems like an odd requirement for a full retail licensed version.
