I don´t want to make a beg thread but it is really strange. Anyone knows if there are any problem with that game´s rights?

In this video Guillaume showed the Shadow warrior´s CD

Why they are so cruel? :-(
Blame 3D Realms.

I'd instabuy Shadow Warrior.

"3D Realms is gone"

There is your answer.
You can still buy 'registered downloads' from their website.
And their games are still being released on XBLA, so someone owns the rights.
I don't think it's impossible for it to be released on GOG, just unlikely.

This.

Also, I'd be surprised if it wasn't added here eventually. I mean considering that we've already got Duke Nukem 3D.

Shadow Complex, Shadow Warrior... they're practically the same game, they both have Shadows! ;)
It's strange, it's like they don't want to sell that game somewhere else other than their own store.

3D Realms (AKA Apogee Software) isn't gone. Not completely. They might have been reduced to even less than Interplay was after Titus bought them but they still exist as a company and should still have the IPs they haven't already sold.

Shadow Warrior should still be their game and the only hurdles to stopping it being on GOG is 3DR agreeing to the usual GOG terms.

Guess that's why.
I'd also note that I don't own Shadow Warrior, so I don't think you saw that CD in the video. ;)
Shadow Warrior and Terminal Velocity were (and still are) two great games. I hope to see them here on a future. Both of them run fine with DosBox, so there may not be any problem with them if Apogee accept to sell them here.

Well, you sure can buy their games from the website, and there is Shadow Warrior for $10.
Note that they don't guarantee it'll run on a modern system (that is, they don't give DosBox with it, let alone pre-configure it for you).

It is strange because their Shadow Warrior copy is downloadable without DRM protect so... Maybe they don`t agree with the price.

What price is it available for?
