Klumpen0815: You sure? I make a good deal less than 600 bucks per month atm and that's more than many others in my city, while having to pay 300 for a really (!) small appartment of course.
People still have the mid 90s image of western Europe in their heads but those times are long gone.
I'm talking about the wages for the same types of jobs. A waiter for example in my country makes about 200-300 euros/month, whilst I know of IT managers who make over 2500. On the other hand the same jobs are better paid in most other European countries.
