I can't claim I'm seeing 100% of the picture, but from what I've seen, I think you brought that on yourself, at least partly. I don't think you're in a good position to ask for "official help" in this matter.

That said, down-repping posts with simple non-offensive questions is even more silly than the rep system itself is already. You know that I criticized you (quite harshly) for what I perceived as borderline scams in the TOHO thread. That didn't stop me from answering your question about game recommendations in a different thread. If I perceive scam attempts from you again, I will most probably address them in one form or another, but I see no reason why that should stop me from addressing friendly questions in a friendly manner.

Others might be less forgiving, you'll just have to bear it while it lasts. They will stop eventually unless you fuel their disdain with further misbehavior. Some people here have successfully changed from being annoying trolls to being valued community members, the GOG forums are probably one of the more forgiving places in the net. Still, it will take some effort. If you think that you did absolutely nothing to draw people's anger and that GOG's officials should protect you from downreps, then this effort might be going into the wrong direction, though.
