I use the Pinnacle Game Profiler to play many of my games on PC now. It feels great to use a 360 controller on my PC.
Does anyone else use Pinnacle?
I didnt even knew such a thing existed. Looks really useful.

No, sorry. I think it's the only place to get profiles from.
Hmm...I've been considering getting this. Most of the games I've been using my controller with so far (again, X360 - wireless) have native support for it, but there are a couple of games at least I'd like to use a controller with that don't (Beyond Good and Evil and Psychonauts come to mind).
I've tried a program already called XPadder (Versions 5.3 and older of it are free), which seems similar, except I haven't found much in the way of profiles for it and have resorted to rolling my own. It's functional, but for some reason I keep noticing that my left analog stick sometimes has a problem where it will read as being pressed forward even when it isn't. I'll be especially keen to see if that happens with Pinnacle.

What do you use to connect it, the usb version of the controller or that wireless adapter? Was contemplating getting the wireless adapter.
Is Pinnacle really worth $20?
Thought you guys were talking about the video editing program and I was about to rant about how useless it was.

I use the adapter/receiver. It's fantastic.

I use the wireless adapter, and yes, Pinnacle is worth it, if you want to play older games (or games that are modern but still don't support it) with your 360 controller.
