Arcanum was developed by Troika, which no longer exists, so there is no company there to receive money.

Most of the money currently goes to the server . I had suggested to GOG to use [url=http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Taurill]Taurills instead, as they are more reliable. Sadly so far my suggestion has fallen on deaf ears.
