Well I'm trying to buy Amnesia, but I can't find the paysafecard option. Didn't GOG already have this payment option?

Sorry I forgot to mention, I'm from méxico. what could be the problem? not available in méxico? =(

I suggest you contact the support about that. Apparently some countries, like Finland, are unable to use the PaySafe option.
