D_Skywalk: Where is the shame GOG support??
Working as fast as they can, since they are probably flooded due to the sale.
Have you had an e-mail confirming the support request? If yes, your ticket will be resolved. If no, you haven't sent a ticket or the ticket didn't go through.
Did you also check with Paypal that the transaction went through?
They never used to work weekends. I don't know if that's going to be any different during this massive sale, but it should be. But equally it probably won't be.

Payment usually works. I know I had a ticket or two resolved on a Saturday.
Patience, young Padawan.

1. It's the weekend.
2. I'm not sure if it affected support, but GOG have been on E3 and that maz have created a backlog.
3, Two days turnaround (with a weekend day included) is nothing in this business. Try getting an answer from Steam in that timeframe.

They will address your issue and find a good solution, don't worry.

Hire more people, that's not my business.

Yes, the gog-robot works like a charm, but no one alive answered to me.

Everything is correct in paypal.

Thanks guys but no gog-pp here to help me yet.

In which case, patience. You will have your games soon.

Btw, you say you sent an e-mail, by that I hope you mean you used the site's support, right?

You are waiting since one single business day for a reply, start SHOUTING on the forum, get some _friendly_ responses from people trying to help and to explain, and _that's_ your response?

Geez.

I rarely down-rate posts, but this warrants it.

Your problem will be solved (and I hope it will be solved quickly), but you should really consider working on your attitude.

I have just processed your order manually, after verifying the PayPal transaction.

While I do apologize for the trouble, and for not being able to reply yesterday, please note that we're experiencing an increased volume of Support tickets due to the sale. I would also like to clarify, for the record, that your ticket was not two days old - we've got a backlog, but it's not half as big as that.

It's a pity after two days that my problem has been fixed just when I shout the problem on forums and twitter...
It's a really pity...

Anyway thanks

No worries there though, you can always post again and say that GOG support has sorted everything fine - it's frustrating when things don't work, but it's good to let people know when they do and when a site comes through good.

You've some excellent games there in that bundle, hope you enjoy them :)
