Hi,

where is The Banner Saga 2.0 update which was released from Stoic Games some days ago and makes the game multilanguage?

Are there no updates during Summer Sale at all?

Maybe, as that's not the only recent update missing. Anyway, in my experience it's normal for GOG to get updates about a week after initial release. It's because the devs tend to roll out and test patches on Steam first and provide it for the standalone versions (e.g. GOG or HumbleBundle) later on. And I also suspect GOG to make a basic test themselves before going live with an update.

From the Banner Saga kickstarter update 50, date 20. June 2014:
"A DRM-free package of this Patch release will be produced next week, and updated on our Kickstarter Download Page and on GOG."

When that's been finished, only Stoic knows.
Aren't these the guys who said GOG hadn't put the game up for sale or something when it was first released? I'm probably misremembering, but there was some kind of hoopla surrounding Stoic Studios and GOG.

Nope, you remember correctly, they had stated on twitter that GOG was the only store not selling their game when it was released.
Too lazy to go find that tweet though. ;-)
I'm still waiting for the update.
