I just went to checkout some games and there is no paysafe option.Last week i bought a couple of games and there was the paysafe option.

I just tested by putting a game in my cart, and the paysafe option is there.

Random guess - it might be an issue with your browser - are you zoomed in? Try pressing ctrl-0 to return to normal zoom - maybe the paysafe option will reappear. (I had a similar issue months before with the "cardholder's name" box not showing up.)

Or you can try another browser and see if you have the paysafe option there.

I also just check and it is still there.

If you have ad blockers or something like that they could be hiding the option

i used mozzila, Explorer and chrome and there is still nothing,i even used the browser of steam big Picture and still nothing.

How long does it take for a support ticket to be answered?Because i really want to buy Clive Baker's undying before the 60% EA deals end.

It's usually pretty fast (2-4 days max), but since it's both the weekend and Easter, I'd say it'll take a while longer... :-/

Oh well.I just have to wait,by the way i would like to thank everyone for their help,this is the first time I am asking a question about something at the forums and the community of GOG answered my question in a matter of seconds.
