Tough question, I'd probably say it's a choice between four of my World of Warcraft characters - a dwarven paladin, a gnomish mage, a tauren warrior, and an orcish hunter - all of them female, for some reason.
Flame me all you want, but I kind of have built a relationship with them, and the others (an undead warlock and a human priest, the two being sisters; a night-elven hunter, and to a lesser extent, a night-elven druid).
Having built personalities and histories for each during the years (most of them are as old as my WoW account, and I made it no more than a couple of months after the game was released in Europe), I've realised I'll be missing them when Blizzard finally decides it's time to pull the plug from the servers (although that won't happen for quite some time yet, seeing how much cash the game brings in).

If you're going to make female characters at least pick a race that has hot females; like Blood Efl.
