I am guessing that is a mistake. Just email JuriJ back. I have found him to be super helpful and quick to respond in the past.

...Not sure if serious. =/

If it is, I try contacting support again. I got charged twice during some of the PWYW Bundles months ago, after sending a ticket with a picture of the multiple charges and responded within half a day (and the second time I got two responses).

Just take a picture (or screenshot) of the game library you have right now (where the games are suppose to appear, alphabetically or date purchased) and put in the reply to the support ticket email you've got. Hope that helps...if not just try and contact support again.

Yeah, I've had experience with JuriJ before. My sincere condolences.
All fixed now, contacted support and someone fixed it all. Thank goodness
Reminds me of whenever I call payment support for my credit card machine. Whatever option I pick they say "Thank you, transferring your call" and then hang up on me.
