Darvond: Actually, it was more a trainwreck leading from XBOX One to Phil Fish, the particularly thin haired gent who couldn't seem to keep his hands off the keys and kept stirring trouble.

RedRagan: You mean the opinion piece about Xbox One? I think that's why it's called opinion that's it's an opinion.

Meanwhile Fish.... it's like you don't know his attitude and anger problems. It's not just Polygon where he spouted his own opinions.
Oh, I knew plenty, I just wanted to hear your side.

I just enjoy the party though, seeing Xbox One DRM PR nightmare, Phil Fish being.... Phil Fish, and seeing people arguing like mad on the comment section is why I love fanboy war. It's amusing and fun.

Also, putting a small fire under a big stack of anger worked too ;)

Darvond: Howdy, ya'll! I was just wondering where you kindred folks hail from, what's your home forum, is what I'm asking.
This is my home forum. Has been since it started.

Of course, I should really take the popcorn approach more often.
I am a nomad, I hail from many different places.
I used to Spend hours a day on Warbucket.com back when the site was alive
My current "home base" is Giant in the Playground, but my first one was Interordi. (Well actually it was a Digimon database site back when I was 8, but that was before I interacted with other people online.)
I came from the Silent Hill Forum, in case that wasn't obvious enough. :P

Currently, I'm also participating in the AAMFP theories thread on Frictional's forum.
I moved a lot over the years, but for the past year or so GOG.com and Steam Gifts are my main forums. I also frequent Kickstarter and the Broken Age forum, and comment at various tech sites.

Man, for some reason that reminds me how much I miss the old Nintendo forums from back when Nintendo actually had balls.
Several places from my past no longer exist... make of that what you will.

Are you related to Ctulhu?
Deep web.
Game related the first community where I was very active was the Baldur's Gate part of the old Bioware boards that alas got deleted, all wonderful posts about BG and BG2 are gone and Bioware started with a clean slate, that's far from as active as the old one since BGEE got released.

Before that I've been active on several dutch communities discussing religion and atheism, but I've gotten tired of those discussions.
My daily visited sites are www.gog.com and www.hs.fi , the latter for daily news. Not much else, really. Well ok, Youtube of course, e.g. yesterday I watched the Cyberpunk 2077 trailer which kicks ass:

Years ago certain Finnish web site used to be my home base, but I got tired of it, I think others started fleeing the site too.

It's funny really, 10 years ago or so internet seemed to have so much more interesting sites to frequently check out (also related to PC gaming), nowadays I find much less. Back then I probably had more than 10 sites I'd frequently visit.

It could be also that I am just not aware of some golden nuggets out there, or I've just grown out of such sites.
