@OP
Guild Wars as best lore? Okay. Let me condense the Prophecies story into one paragraph written for a six year old.
Humans fight giant cats. Cats bring fire. Human get burned and run away to snowy mountains where *midgets* kill their big man. Humans mad and make everyone else mad at them and go to live with other humans because no one likes them. Other humans religious crazies who bring lizards to punish the good humans. They run away to find out why the bad lizards have come. They go to find a bigger lizard who tells them about a bad man who they thought was a good man. Humans go to fight this bad man in volcano. The bad man is killed and everyone eats cake.
*Not sure if Dwarf is proper nomenclature for a six-year old*
Condense all MMO main campaigns in this fashoin, the one that sounds the most outrageous gets the prize of best lore.
dirtyharry50: I wonder if Guild Wars is a ghost town now that Guild Wars 2 is out. Anyone know? I own it and should probably play it while the servers are still up. I did try it out briefly and it seemed fun but then I wandered off back to other games and forgot about it.
The Prophecies zones have been a ghost town since the last expansion came out. I haven't played it since GW2 was released but you never know, it could be getting a nostalgia boost.
