JRPG: Chrono Trigger.
2D WRPG: Baldur's Gate II or Fallout 2. Which one depends on whether I'm in a Horrid Wilting or a Gauss Rifle mood.
3D WRPG: Fallout 3. The story was good but not great, but the experience of walking around Falloutified versions of places I've been in real life was really special, and I don't want to think how much time I've spent exploring the world, looking at all the little details the developers put into the game just because they could. One of the best soundtracks out there, too.
