I almost forgot about Team17. They were brought on with a lot of pomp and promises of more releases in the future, but we've seen none since the original 4. I didn't purchase the first Worms release knowing that I highly preferred the Worms 2 series and thought that we may even get one of the more recent releases and I might want to try one of them.

How long has it been now? What happened? Where's my Worms 2, Armageddon, World Party?

I ask all of this respectfully.. :)

The same could be asked for most publishers signed up here. GOG simply has a ton of games they can sell. Those will probably pop up... eventually :P

Well I don't know what the hold up for Worms 2 is outside of the possibility that GOG just waiting on the greenlight from Team 17 but Worms Armageddon and World party have issues with Windows 7, nothing major just your usual rainbow colour corruption crap that happens to Age of empires 2, Starcraft, Diablo 1, ect. So GOG have to find a solution for that

^There is a patch for World Party, that makes it work with Vista, as far as I can recall. Yet, it didn't stop it from crashing all the time under Win 7.
If it comes out, Win 7 compatible, I will probably buy it the very first day.

Yeah I remember the patch. *in comic book guy voice* "Worst compatibly patch ever"
Don't really remember it, as I've never used Vista. I had XP before 7.

We are talking about this patch right?
http://forum.team17.com/showthread.php?threadid=38883 Not sure if i tried v1.5 though....

What about [insert publisher already on GOG]?
Worms Armageddon works beautifully on Win7 with the latest official (and astonishingly recent) patch.

No complaints here.

I think part of the problem was that Team 17 didn't really have all that big a presence on the PC. Their best work was on the Amiga, and many of their best games on that platform never made an appearance on the PC (First Contact, Body Blows Galactic, Overdrive, ATR) or was nothing short of a joke (Body Blows, Project X).

Maybe they can release 2 games tomorrow. :P
The "Rainbow Color Corruption" can be easily corrected if you open the screen where you choose your resolution and leave it open in the background while you play the game. Works for me on worms world party, atomic bomberman, age of empires 2, outlaws... Every game I tried. I use Windows 7 64.
