I'm considering buying a bundle for two of the games in it, but there are 12 other games in it that I either already have or never intend to play. If I bought them here on GOG it would cost almost the same.
Give them away either at steamgifts or here as a giveaway or in the ninja thread thats what I do with my unwanted keys from bundles
If it's humble, I leave them. If it's another site, I'll put on ninja or steamgifts.
I activate them on Steam in case I ever want to play that version for some reason. Then I download and use the DRM free versions.

I consider getting a bundle and giving away the keys while using the other versions myself to pretty heinous.
Almost all of mine just sit there unused. I have given a couple away where I had the game already or had no intentions of getting into the game like Dungeon Defenders. A few months back I made a list in a text file of all my keys but I let that lag behind and should catch up on it some day.
I usually just leave them there, but really it depends on the bundler's wishes. If the bundler is okay with giving away separate games from the bundle (such as Groupees and Indie Gala) then I often do that, and even bought two Groupees bundles specifically for giving away some games (while keeping some leftovers). For bundles which prohibit this, such as Humble Bundle or Indie Royale, I just keep the entire bundle or gift it as such.

It's not about giving keys while using other versions of the same game, it's giving keys to games you don't intend to play or already have.

Let's face it, I'm old and my tastes are pretty set - well except when Licurg twists my arm and makes me play something well outside my comfort zone - so I gift any game I'm never going to play, ever. It seems silly to me to just sit on them when they will make another person happy.

So that's my philosophy - I bought them so I'm free to do with them as I wish when I have not one intention of ever playing them -especially when so many people are struggling with finances. Hey the world has moved on from the booming 80's and times are tough all over the world. One just need to read the news a bit to see that this is true.

I know this isn't a popular method but I feel that when I've gone out of my way to buy a bundle to get one game - maybe two if I'm lucky, I'm doing my part to support that bundle. If I were a hardcore gamer, these bundles would be amazing deals but for me, well not so much. And unlike a few generous souls here, I can't afford to buy full-price games - even for myself. Frankly I hate waste - I pack up leftovers from dinner and eat them the next day - why would I not give my leftover games to those that can't afford to buy that bundle themselves?

However, due to some commentary on this matter, I did stop trading - hey, I can hear an argument and adjust my behavior to a higher moral standard but to me, gifting is a part of my moral standards and I don't intend on changing that.
It is sickening how many anti-piracy advocates here deal in bootleg codes. Pirates are better. They are not a strain on the paid-for infractructure.

I buy only HIB, IR, and IGS, so I do nothing with Steam codes and activate Desura codes.
