I used to love this game, back when I had a computer that ran Windows 95 (I now have Vista Home). I own the other Warlords games - 1 and 2 run fine on dosbox and I could never get into 4. I found a used copy of Darklords Rising and was looking forward to playing it. But it freezes up under Vista.

I'd love it if GOG would release a working version of Darklords Rising.

Can you define freeze up? There are a lot of people here who may be able to help you make it work. One way to fix this problem if you really want to play is to install virtualbox (free software) and install a virtual Windows 95 in it. You can then play the game in a windowed VirtualBox in your Vista computer.
