Who exactly owns the rights to the Battlecry games? I see Ubisoft credited as published on 1 and Enlight credited on 3. Does one company own the publishing rights, or multiple ones?

The answer could actually vary depending on which region of the world about which you're speaking. This is why some titles are nearly impossible to bring to GOG.com.
