Hey guys, posting because i've extensively googled my problem and i can't find a solution that applies to me ANYWHERE :( :(
Note: My computer is Windows 7, i7 -860, 6144MB DDR3, NVIDIA GT230 graphics card (sh!t i know, i mean to do some upgrades very soon but money money money)
Recently i had a bit of nostalgia and decided to download Warlords 3: Reign of Heroes.. So, after having installation issues with the .exe file, i had to replace the .exe file with a 32bit installer, and it installed
Now, i used Daemon Tools to mount the ISO file, and the game opened right away.. I was happily playing away, until a few minutes into the game, the game just froze, the video was still fine (not sure about audio, i have music disabled), but game doesn't respond in any way (cursor doesn't move, etc), and the only way to shut down the program is to CTRL + Delete and shut down the 'not responding' program
I tried putting /WINCURSOR on the end of the target in a shortcut (and using that shortcut to open the program), i tried ALL the compatibility modes, i tried running it in 252 colours (idk why hahaha), and i even tried extracting and burning the ISO onto a disk and shut down Daemon Tools so it didn't use my memory, but it's still freezing a couple minutes into my game
HELP PLEASE, i really want to play this game!! :(
