Why do I get the feeling that's spam?
Because it is spam? Another reason why we could really do with moderators here now. This is only going to get worse as the site grows in popularity =(
Me wants to be community moderator.
Its not UNTRUE, Cisco are regarded as the kings of networking, thats why I'm doing a CCNA myself
That said, the first post does have that feeling of being pink, wobbly, inedible and covered in that horrible jelly stuff, much like myself after a fun night...

I tried to do the CCNA at one stage, but the only time I could get it was late at night 9pm-11pm. And trying to hold down 3 jobs and a social life, it did not just work out for me.
I do remember them really drilling down the word/name 'Cisco' into you. Mention a product, prefix it with cisco, talking about a network, prefix it with cisco, any answer on a test, make sure to include the word cisco.
Even with moderators, this spam will still exist. The hope is that someone from the staff or community on such a team can lock the thread down or delete it straight off. Of course, then we have to deal with abuse of power in the never ending struggle for forum stability...

Heh, you are welcome. But first you just need to learn how to moderate yourself. And be polite. And play Monkey Island.
Imho this thread is definitely spam because Cisco is not free. It it was free, pointing out its existence shouldn't be much of a problem....

First, the cookies. Then we talk.
Please don't bring your fighting with michaelleung to other threads.

Just like a chiorboy by a priest... Maybe we can sue the vatican. I'll split the winnings 50/50...

OK, that analogy? NOT COOL.
Well sure its not the most original joke ever and sure I could have pushed a safe sex message but it would have seemed gratuitous
