Chihaya: There is NO working business model with giving everything for free on the Internet. So until there is, there's zero problem with companies protecting their intellectual properties used illicitly.

Simply put, this is an envy sue. Viacom's pissed Google beat them in the YouTube bid, so now they're retaliating. Had Viacom won rights to YouTube, this lawsuit wouldn't exist.
