User reviews need a report spam button.
I just came across an advertisement posing as a review for gabriel knight 3...
I looked and couldn't find a report spam button.
Apparently I wasn't the only one to notice as over 30 people rated it as unhelpful (2 rated it as helpful, probably the spammers).

Even if this is true, that is a lot of unnecessary searching

If you vote a review as unhelpful a "report / spam" button will appear.
