If you think someone is posting spam, then that's exactly what the down rate button is for. It's usually best if you don't reply to them or bring attention to them by making other topics about it. As both tend to be counter productive. There are exceptions of course (when it's difficult to recognise a spammer) but even then, just down rate and leave a comment in their thread -- as that's where it's best for people to read such comment.

As others have said, you can also contact support -- but that's best done if the user is spamming en masse, due to the long time it can take for support to take action.

It doesn't matter what you think this person has done, if you have a case, report them. If not, do nothing. You probably wouldn't like seeing a thread requesting that you are banned from the forums for bullying and harassing a forum user by posting public demands to ban them, would you?

Actually, it looks like the cached version is from a few days ago and the post(s) in question has been deleted from the forums entirely. (There's a jump in the reply numbers from 404 to 407). So this issue has already been dealt with. Making this topic completely pointless.
