They do know how to install toilets, but the trooper to toilet ratio is not really adequate.

I love the government response.
The real reason is that US don't need another Death Star. Just look at the night sky. That's no moon up there!

well, Obviously they would use the Toilet design from the Big Bang Theory ... It's all a conspiracy you know ...
And little robots to do all the housecleaning and maintenance needed ...

no means no

yes for weapons systems means "why build one when you can build 2 for 2x the price?" (Contact reference). And apparently the Galactic Empire follows the same rule. :)

(That is of course 2x final budget ... not the budget proposal arms manufacturer "Lehigh University" initially gave them of $850,000,000,000,000,000.)
