Well, that looks Risky interesting. And it's nor a browser game, nor an MMO. ;)
High chances it's gonna be a neat Cold War game, as opposed to that World In Scripting joke. I'll keep an eye on that, thanks!:)

The full version is available already, but I'll probably wait for it on other services.

I've e-mailed them and here's their reply:
"After you purchase the game with paypal or your credit card you will automaticaly receive an activation code that will allow you to activate the game in 3 different PCs. (Of course in the future if you need more activations we can send you another code for free). You will also receive download links with the same mail."
"For the time UAT will only be available from our site. On March 25 our other game World Basketball Manager will be available on steam. There is chance that UAT will also be available there but not in the next 3 or 4 months for sure.
The price in dollars is 20,58$"

I've given the demo and manual a download. At the very least, it nice to see something other than another game set during the Second World War.

Ugh. I HATE non-interactive tutorial crap that doesn't let me go hands on at all. So now I'm stuck wondering how exactly I send anyone anywhere...lovely. To the manual, I suppose.
