as the title says, anyone want to play unepic?
I played it already... Quite fun... Didn't do the last level but instead watched a video of someone finishing it to see the ending(s), since the dual screen swapping was a pain in the butt.
I believe he means in multiplayer.
It has multiplayer?
The multiplayer was beta and Steam only for quite a long time (> 1 year, IIRC) but the last update brought it to the GOG version, too.
Interesting... might have to get a game going with my GF...
Not interested in a MP session but I applaud the OP's taste, I love that game. Of course, the protagonist is more or less me, so that probably has something to do with it. :P
Is the multiplayer still limited deathmatch and not true co-op?

Actually I was referring to his appearance but I guess we can add that to the list as well.
Well there's 4 game modes. Co-op, DeathMatch, Race, and ummm... capture the flag i think.

Curiously the maps used in Multi-player aren't the maps used in single-player, and definitely incompatible.

There's 6 Unepic maps, and several unofficial maps on the unepic forums. Finally you can make your own.

As a suggestion, you probably want a full party for multi-player (4) and not just 2.

Co-op, is that like "missions" or something and not the actual campaign?

Well the first 'mission' involves the DM telling you to pick flowers, then when you say f**k no, he sends you off to get the lost weapons of Urkatur (I know that's spelled wrong). It feels very much like a D&D game, with the DM being a dumb-ass when you ask for something when you shouldn't. Feels very geeky and very D&D-ish.
