Is it possible to get the Ultima series on GOG?

Nobody knows and GOG won't tell... but pretty much anything is possible.

That would be why it's not in the games catalogue.

If/when EA signs with GOG, it will be a strong possibility. Until then, we wait.

Until then, I'd suggest looking at Ultima Aiera for updates on how to play the Ultima games in modern operating systems, and also the various remakes that are available or in progress.
