"Still some strange rumblings of an announcement floating around. Something about next week? Or maybe earlier? I don't know what to believe."

why eidos? the only clue i see is GOG going out of their way to say loom, which leads to lucasarts.
You fools, obviously the announcement is that the Splinter Cell series is going to be finally released on gog! yay!......... :(

chautemoc: I'm 96% sure it's Atari. You'll see why announcement day I think.

Paradoks: And I'm still about 70% sure it isn't ;).

I'm 98.732% certain I just made this statistic up.
If its Lucasarts, it'd better be TIE Fighter
LucasArts! LucasArts! Please let it be LucasArts!

GOG pretty much stated that either EA or Lucasarts would be coming soon. They said that it would bring some of the most wishlisted games to GOG and that means either of those two. Looming would indeed suggest Lucasarts.

Gram Fandango. I would be very happy just for that one.

Or maybe it has something to do with the big 2 on The Witcher website? They never said it was GOG related :D

It's about the Thursday's conference. Both the Witcher 2 and GOG (and some other things) will be discussed then. Besides - the Witcher has it's own Twitter.

What about this 1.268% ?

I want it to be Atari so freaking much.
I need to get my RPG fix.

That's uncertainty within the bounds of statistical error
Did anyone see the brand new South Park episode? That's what this reminds me of.
"Independence Hall....Independence Day....Aliens..."
"looming.....Loom.....Lucasarts....OMG!"
Now you'll tell me GOG is run by alien wizards.
Meh...With so many Activision titles still not released on GoG (e.g. Bloodlines, Jedi Knight 2 Outcast, NOLF1&2) i'm getting a little bit less exited about these new publishing deals.

...or those could still be coming over time. Really, what would be the point of adding a publisher, bleeding them dry of releases in 2 months, then moving on? I prefer the way it is now...mix it up (once the initial "Hey, we got (publisher's name here)! For the next month, 90% of our releases will be their stuff!" is over).
If the name of the Witcher 2 publisher is leaked before Thursday (and knowing CDP it will be :P), and that publisher is not on GOG, then that is most probably our answer.

That's just Activision being silly with pricing. They'll come, it'll just take a few years or less.
Outcast I believe is owned by Atari though, and Jedi Knight 2 I assume would also require LucasArts to be on board.
