Turning thirty! Sucks or Rocks?

That depends on how you feel about your life right now. When I turned 30, it kinda rocked. I was in a good place in my life. I'm a few years short of turning 40, right now, that kinda sucks. I'm no longer doing what I want to do with my life, and am getting the feeling it's a little too late to try and do what I now want to try and attempt (it'll cost a lot of money, and more importantly, time I don't have, just to try) but if I were able to pull it off, the payout would be so good -- both monetary and otherwise.

So if you're not currently doing what you want to do, now's the time to go for it. Before it's too late =)

I'll be turning 30 mid next year... and all I keep thinking is that I WANT A MULLIGAN! ><

Ah, to be thirty again... I'm forty, but still enjoy gaming like I did in the eigthies.

As for the games: 10. Drakensang and 14. KB: Armored Princess are my kind of games.

I'll be 26 in April, but this topic got me thinking a bit. 30 is a good age to take a look back at what you've accomplished so far with your life and see where you're heading next.

Personally, I think 30 rocks because when I'll be 30 I'll be working in Australia (or NZ - haven't decided yet) in networking, making big $$$ so that I can afford all the games I could ever want and then some :D

Aningan: P.S. Regarding King's Bounty Armored Princess. I have two copies of the game on GamersGate. I downloaded the game and used one of the Activation serials. The other serial is unused but I don't have the GIFT button anymore due to downloading the game. I wrote a ticket a couple of days ago to GamersGate support. I hope by the time the giveaway is finished they will resolve this issue.
Strange, I never had this problem. But in my experience GamersGate has good support (even though they can take a while to respond). They gave me a spare copy of Cthulhu Saves the World when I had a problem.

I suppose it depends on the circumstances. If you are content with where you are in life then it rocks, otherwise, not so much. So I hope it`s the former for you, and wish you a happy birthday!
