JoelFB: We will probably update Trine at least once, I'd like to fix some gamepad issues and maybe some other minor things. The game should be in quite good condition though, is there a specific reason you ask?
As for GOG, I don't see any reason why not, but it's mostly up to GOG. I think we fit the 'good' definition but not sure about 'old' yet. :)
Alright, sounds great, thanks!
I was asking because I like creating my own installers for the games I purchase (preconfigure the resolution, game options to suit my system, add mods, change icons, remove third party stuff (DirectX and similar) from the usual installer, compress the files better if possible, that kind of stuff (for example, managed to get Trine down to 543MB (the installer in HFB was 663MB)). Was about to create one for Trine, but I'll wait to do that once the update is out.
The game was nearly bug-free, at least I didn't notice any bugs, maybe some weird things happening with the physics system once in a while, and some low framerates spikes, but other than that it was a great experience.
Just one suggestion, if I may... For Trine 2, can you please not put secret things directly in deadly places? :D I died so many times trying to figure out where exactly was hidden the only potion I was missing from the game... on a level with old ruins theme... A secret green potion was inside the deadly, gray, misty water / poison / whatever it is. :)
Anyways, good luck with the dev of Trine and its release!
