Second day on GOG and early today I tried to bought Fallout, money was taken from Visa, but game still stay in cart and not appear in my account.

Support is not responding all day. Any chances to get help here?

Ususally GOG is really fast in theses issues. Making this thread was a good idea. One of the blues will probably show up.

I assume Nov 1 is a holiday in Poland. That could have drained the pool of available staffers.

I just replied to your ticket and processed your order manually. Once again, sorry about the delay and for the original ordering issue.

Since we've only got a skeleton crew working on weekends, there's a large batch of weekend tickets we need to deal with on Monday and Tuesday. This extends our response times to current tickets during these days as, generally, tickets with longer wait times get priority.
