I couldn't say. Maybe it's because I'm new to participating or not a lot of people around here like shooters. Or maybe I'm just the new Bad Luck Brian. I think if I became a bad luck meme, though, it'd be moderately fortuitous because I could market it. :P

My family hangs lots of weird keychains on our Christmas tree. Like there's one of a foot, one of Obama's head, one of a banana slug, a flashing pair of dentures... I could go on and on :)

I wish I had a similar Christmas tradition to share but we're pretty boring here.
The only strange tradition that comes to mind is the feast we have in honor of Saint Gonçalinho, in January. It's a celebration where people gather around the town church to sing and celebrate while a few people climb to the top of the church tower and throw rock-hard pastries like this* while the people at the bottom try to collect them with fishing nets and upside down umbrellas. Everyone is competing to gather the most pastries but the real fun is being at the top of the tower and trying to crack open as many skulls as possible.
