htown1980: yup, thats what I use. Microsoft brand, just what I had from my old windows laptop before it died.
The trackpad on Theme Hospital works perfectly. A mouse would be good. I have an Apple Magic Mouse, but it's the naffest mouse I've ever used. MS is the best mice, without doubt.

mistermumbles: Pretty much. I never even bothered with Apple mice when I was a Mac user. I used Logitech and later Razer ones. Even Apple's new mice aren't all that great

I almost turned my right hand into a claw playing Diablo 2 on a Macbook trackpad. It's far from optimal, but it can be done!
