HereForTheBeer: Did they do a bite check? This is to look for top and bottom teeth sort of getting in the way of each other and thus causing more pressure on a particular pair of teeth, which can lead to pain. Pretty basic stuff so I will guess suspect the dentist did this - takes hardly any time at all.
Sure did. Appeared to be all good there as well.

1. Loop a piece of twine around the offending tooth.
2. Tie the other end to the knob of a heavy door.
3. Slam the door.

I at one point had 5 absessed teeth that needed to be removed, they all started hurting at once.

I did not get much sleep.
