TOCA is great fun. The cutscenes are a hoot, too!

Toca is more of a sim-Lite then a true simulation, but it's still a blast; much more fun for most people then the sim-heavy titles such as rfator and the like. I would recommend it over Colin McRea if you don't have an interest in rallying in particular due to the sheer variety of it. They're both very good though
