Thanks for the giveaway!

In general, I'm not that big on video game soundtracks, preferring licensed music that underpins the themes or settings in the games - such as in Mafia or Fallout 3.

Favourite would still have to be Bastion, I think. End theme in particular.
Thank you for the giveaway! :)

One of my favourite soundtrack is Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal.
It's either HOMM IV or C&C. Deus Ex: Human Revolution also gets an honourable mention. Maybe I just prefer games that are commonly referred to as acronyms...

+1 yada yada yada
Last Ninja 3 on the Commodore 64, sure there are games out there that have deep orchestral style scores and making full use of newer and more advanced technology but Last Ninja 3,hell the Last Ninja Trilogy(not counting the Remix version of Last Ninja 2 just the original) in general had the best damn soundtrack for what was available at that time and did some nice work with the simple(by the standards that these three games were released) 3 channel S.I.D. synthesizer chip seriously they really pushed what that chip could plus they added elemental sounds to the tracks to match the stage's theme for example for stage 2 which was"Wind" they managed to get a sound like that of wind blowing through trees to accompany the music for the stage which was unheard off at the time(mind you this was a 8 bit computer that came out around 1982/1983), stage 3 Water had a sound similar to water trickling mixed into it's theme of course given that they are among my favorite games of time probably makes me a bit biast when it comes to these three games but even if that really is the case that is my answer and I am sticking too it,also biast or not they still had the best soundtracks of any game on the c64 even topping the work of the legendary Ron Hubbard who's legendary work included Thing on a spring, One man and his droid, Monty on the Run and Human Race to name a few.

I really love the soundtrack for The World Ends with You. I can't imagine playing that game without music. (The Ace Attorney series also has excellent music)
My favourite soundtrack is Silent Hill Lisa's Theme
Im in, thanks!
Have to be Kingdom Hearts II, or Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. Tough choices...
I love HALO series soundtracks.
I'm in!

My favourite video game soundtracks would be The Final Fantasy -series by Nobuo Uematsu! I can't decide which one is the best, hence I put them all here. ;)
I'm in.

I have no clear favorites, so I'll put in something that brings a smile to my face :), from Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure.

Youtube links:
Someday
Evil Queen
Amazing Pirates
Video game does include console games, but do remixes count? If it does then I'm putting forth Hyadain's remix of Ultros Boogie. It's pretty catchy on its own, but if you played FF6 and knows the lyrics, it's very funny.
Really nice giveaway, thanks!

Best GST: Tropico
No problem guys. :)

I like the mix of favourites so far, very eclectic . I'm glad that the Final Fantasy VII sountrack has been mentioned a few times. As that is my all-time favorite soundtrack as well. It's the only soundtrack I've ever heard where I really like every song in it.
Count me in, thanks. As for favourite soundtrack - Thief 1.
My favorite soundtrack for a game is the Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines Soundtrack.
