Well, turning on VSync seemed to fix my mouse issues for me, somehow. Now to turn down the bloom!

I fiddled with the mouse forever and it would never work right, then magically it became fine like 2 weeks later when I randomly tried it again.

Game is okay, gets annoying later on.

On topic: I let games install to default all the time, so never ran into this problem.

If you google about it "syndicate excessive bloom" you will find some PC tweaks here and there but do backups because some may screw up the game and keep track of what you change. Apparently it's hardcoded or no one find a command line to change but you can reduce it somewhat of what I've seen.

I'm kinda joking. I like it stylistically, but in action, half the time I can't see a fucking thing.
