phaolo: Err.. I doubt that, He-Man MotU is from 1983 and AoD is from 1992 :P
avatar
IAmSinistar: Ah, but the Necronomicon sends people through time. :D
Even He-Man through dimensions? :PP

Sorry guys, I gotta: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NjVugzSR7HA
We watched both He-man and She-rah religiously when I was in my young teens (even went to see a movie!) but alas, I can barely remember the characters nowadays... Ah'm gittin' old!

Hell, yes, that movie.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CF20B8p4F08

It was like a Star Wars movie set in some modern American city with a bunch of unrecognisable and new characters. And Skeletor was a guy wearing a mask.

...

Being a little kid I did not understand a thing, I was just expecting to see a Masters of the Universe movie!
I thought the given away game would be Deus Ex: He-man revolution

Anyway i'm in with
He-man
and
Skeletor

because HEYAHEYA and a frikkin awesome skullhead dude

park_84: I didn't attach great importance to the He-Man/Adam thing. I mean, nobody could see that Clark Kent was Superman with glasses and it's a fact that He-Man is better than Superman, so it is obvious that the trick must also work for him.
You have a point. Also, don't forget Super Goof.

Mentao: maybe the reason why He-man wears few clothes is so people look at his muscles instead of his face.
Or his haircut...

Gerin: My fav good character was Teela. Her hotness rivals that of Daphne from Scooby Doo.
Man, I must admit, you're dead right on this.

avatar
LoboBlanco: Better still................let´s make an example out of it with "The Clockwork Orange" technique but with He-Man :D
Haircut is the same, after all...

IAmSinistar: The winner on badassery alone has to be Fisto. They created him by welding Bruce Campbell's hand from Army Of Darkness to Grizzly Adams. He's more man than any five other Masters characters combined, including the ones with Man in their names.
Everyone knows that Fisto is much more macho than He-Man! Come on, just look at that beard! Something the cherub-faced He-Man can only dream of...
Hey you have still to nominate your favourite evil character! If you want to compete for the prize, that is.
Not in, but fun giveaway.

My brother and I used to stand up on our couch on Saturday mornings and shout "I have the POWER!!!!!" I, being a girl, played Teela. I thought she was the best and waaaay cooler than She-ra. She was too rainbow-ie for me.

I was messing with my pawn in Dragon's Dogma and tried to make him look like He-Man. It turned out ok

She-ra - the twin sister of He-Man. What can i say: that face and so much power. Add to that, the fact that she preferred to use brains first, fists later.

And as a villain - yeah, Skeletor, because well, a man with a skull for a face, it does quite an impression.

In and thanks.
I am in, thanks
I will go with Battlecat as my favourate good character, and Evil-Lyn as my evil pick.
My favorite He-Man hero was He-Man himself, and my favorite villain was Skeletor. I used to own the action figures of those two and make them get into elaborate fights. Lol! Please count me in for the giveaway. Thank you. +1
Fantastic nostalgia-driven giveaway!
Thank you so much for bringing us back to the eighties, well, and for the giveaway too!

About my choices:
- The good: Orko.
- The evil: Evil-Lyn.

Shouldn't we talk about the movie starring Dolph Lundgren and Frank Langella (Masters of the Universe)?

I had to choice Orko, but Fisto is surely my runner up choice.

BTW, a proof that He-man is better:

The very same Superman recognizes it.
I've never seen the comics in my country, but I did see the movie and I do remember Skeletor on that floating chair or whatever he is, so probably he'd be my favorite villain. As for the good guys, I loved that large-eared fellow (if wiki is right then Gwildor) :).

Thanks and I'm in.
not in & +1! :D

Licurg: I never saw that show...
Skeletor should sacrifice you in most unpleasant manner.

Anyway, thanks for the giveaway, cose_vecchie!
Please count me IN.

A) As a kid my favorite one was Orko, but now I'll probably go with Stratos.
B) A tie between Beast-Man and Evil-Lyn.
