I am happy. Really, oh man, what a great week. I am so happy, I have to share my happiness with everyone, whether they want it or not!
Today I opened my browser and navigated to this wonderful pile of games (which make me happy too) and saw the Age of Wonders Classics for sale, for a great price. I already own them, but now, as I saw them on the front page, I have to play them again.
Sharing my happiness and giving one of you the opportunity to play these games is my goal for today.
So, there you go:

Rules
You have to have a real interest in these games. Obviously I cannot control this, but please be fair and only enter if you want to play them.
You have to tell me about the, or one of the, luckiest day(s) of your life. Hey, I like nice stories!
There are no further restrictions.

What can I win?
Didn't you read? The Age of Wonders Classics, consisting of:
Age of Wonders
Age of Wonders 2: The Wizard's Throne
Age of Wonders: Shadow Magic

All right, that is it. I will choose the winner by random in exactly 24 hours. Have a nice day!

P.S.: Age of Wonders 3? Nah, I do not like regional pricing, not at all. (And it is not as good as its predecessors either.)

Edit: The giveaway is over, congratulations Accatone and thank you all.

not looking for it but...
i have to say,.. here on GOG are many many many givaways.... to much to belive O_o

i can't rly imagine... but maybe i'm totally wrong
(i think last year, i had the luck, someone gave me NWN2... it was on a flash sale)

btw;
Never played an AoW game,...
maybe i should play one of the AoW titel before i buy AoW3 (waiting for disscount)
the luckiest day in my live so far was the day my son was born, when i first held him in my arms the feelings ive felt were unmatched by anything felt before and after so far, all this pride its just unbelievable
Well, i'd like the chance to play them DRM free, so in and thanks for generosity. And, yeah, i prefer slower paced games, due to my failing reflexes.

My luckiest day of my life...Well, no stories there...I just don't have such. I consider a lucky day when i win a game or when i just get over the day without much stress at work. Like i said nothing near the luckiest day stuff...
The luckiest day hasn't happened yet, but if i would win this it would surely be the luckiest day of my life. :p

nice giveaway, yay for spreading the joy around :)
Not in, but +1!
I believe you meant the happiest day(s) of our lives. The luckiest day would be like if get millions on a lottery, but the happiest would be like when you felt truly fulfilled.

Before I share with you my happiest day(s), let me just say that (in case you weren't visiting the forums much) during last month of so I've been "spamming" here a lot about my great interest in playing Age of Wonders games (if you want proof links I'll send them on PM XD).

Back in my teenage days I was involved in this great relationship with one special girl and there were these days once a week when her mom would spent almost all day at work leaving the house "unguarded". It was winter time. Lying in bed I would look at a window and it was snowing and then I would focus my eyes on my girl who was taking a carefree nap on my "love carpet". The joy of life and unmeasurable happiness I felt in those moments is indelibly carved in my bones.

Thanks for making me remind myself of this and of course thanks for doing a lovely giveaway.
Luckiest day of my life is when i met my girfriend almost 6 years ago, still with her to this day! My second luckiest day is when my mom got me the first legend of zelda for the NES and i found out it has a gold cartridge! played that game to death!

Thanks for this great giveaway i played the first AoW never got to try the rest so thanks for this oppurtunity! +1 to you sir!
Once when I was 14 maybe, I was delivering newspapers in the rain. As I walked by the local bar, I looked down and saw a dollar bill all folded up in the gutter of the road. It was all dirty and in a mud puddle, and I would have to stand in water higher than my shoes and get my socks soaked to get it. I figured some guy got out of the bar drunk and if he lived near got his house key out and dropped his money, or if he lived far, his car keys and I hoped he made it home ok

Then as I contemplated not picking it up, I thought wet socks for the next hour while I walk in the rain for a dollar...then I noticed a 0 on the bill. It was a $10 , argument over I stood in the water and grabbed the bill. Someone came out of the bar, and I had the immediate reaction to not let them know I found some money there , so I stood up and dropped the soggy bill into my jacket pocket in one motion. as I glanced down, I noticed that the first numeral on the bill was not a 1, it looked like a 2, a $20 bill!

I delivered five more papers to the houses nearby then went to my grandmother's house. I told her about my fortunate event and small fortune in my pocket. I pulled out the bill and noticed that it was folded inside out, that 2 that I saw was a backwards 5. I had a wet. dripping, and muddy FIFTY dollar bill. My Grandfather immediately said where did you get that. After I told him, he joked that it was probably my drunk Uncle's money. Grandma served me some cookies and a tall glass of milk, as she did almost every day when I stopped to chat with her during my route.

As I was finishing up my snack, the rain had let up and my Uncle came in to eat dinner with my grandparents. Before my Grandmother could tell him that I had found the money, he said I lost a $50 dollar bill last night at the bar, it must have fallen out of my pocket. My grandfather stopped my grandmother from finishing and said well now that's too bad and he winked at me.

Weeks later my Uncle was drunk again and he stopped my friends and me as we walked by, he gave me $10 a s a reward for returning that $50 to him. Seems that on one of his drunken nights between, my Grandfather convinced him that I had found his $50 and given it back to him.

I'm in.
Thank you for sharing your happiness with us!!!

My luckiest day ever was when an international cable network run a contest to win several videogame consoles (PS3s, PSPs, NDSs) to promote their new tv show (about videogames). I gave it a try, although I was sure was a very long long shot since was open to all Latinamerica; in best scenario, I thought, I could win one of the minor prizes (NDS). Then one day I receive a email telling me that I was select as one of the winners of main prizes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (1 PS3 + 5 games).
I was so shocked that I closed and opened my email several times and re-read it many many more. When I realize was true and no a joke from one of my friends (or a scam) I was so happy that I literally did an olympic jump from chair to my bed (about 2 meters) and many other crazy movements and gesticulations at half voice :D

Please count me in for ElPrimordial. The luckiest day of my life was when I was like 4 years old and walking without paying attention, and unknowingly wandered out into traffic, and some stranger yelled, "Hey, kid!" and I realized where I was and turned around. If it wasn't for that stranger, I would have been hit five seconds later by the 18-wheel truck that was headed towards me. I guess it's kind of sad that the luckiest thing that ever happened to me was just not getting hit by a truck, but oh well. Thank you for making this giveaway. +1
