Bump
Thank you, I'm in.
I rarely travel by a train, so it's not a story, just impression from childhood, to be more accurately.
When I was a kid, we went far south to visit my grandmother. Direct trains weren't go, so at night our coach should be coupled with another train. And that night another end of coach was coupled. It was very impressive feeling, when in morning I noticed that we are going 'back'. Even wanted to use emergency brake - 'What? Return? Why?' :)
Thank you so much Tooms for this wonderful giveaway. I would really like to play The Last Express as I am quite fond of the adventure genre and this one seems quite intriguing being another stellar game by Jordan Mechner. So please do count me in with a chance as well if deemed eligible. :)

The trains in my region are quite old since the British occupation era locomotives are still in use today. As you can imagine it is far from ideal in condition nor really fit for travel hence you get a lot of unfortunate accidents happening like derailment and collisions in some cases even. Anyway, thankfully I haven't experienced such an ordeal as my story is more light hearted. When I was a wee lad I hated traveling in trains because you had to ride with absolute strangers in your compartment and that would always make me uncomfortable, especially the weird people that don't know the meaning of boundaries having their foot a few centimeters from your face while sleeping.

But, what I really abhorred was having to use the public toilet, so when it was my very first time traveling in a train I knew that the toilet would be far from luxurious because of the crowd I had just observed on the train. So when I did get the urge to relieve myself I decided to hold it in for the duration of the ride. But as you know, train rides are hardly an undertaking of a few hours especially if the train is ancient so I missed going to the wash room during the many stops because I was also afraid that if I got off I won't be able to find my way back to our compartment. Long story short when my bladder felt like it would explode soon I begrudgingly went to the public toilet in the train, it was even more disgusting then I had imagined all brown and rusted from erosion or feces stains who knew. But what really shook me to the core was that there was no flushing mechanism and the business area hole was open to all the way down, meaning I could see the railway tracks below as the train chugged along. So I quickly sprinkled lemonade on the railroad and then ran out screaming from the toilet to inform my mother of the horror I had just experienced. :P

EDIT: Here is another reason why it is so dangerous to travel in old trains.

Thank you very much Tooms! This is a game I´ve been keeping an eye on since I knew about it just recently. The way the plot seems to develop plus all of this happening inside a train made me very interested.
