To make a long story not-so-long, I have a gift code for The Last Express that I bought for a friend...who turned out to not be who I thought they were. It was a bit of personal drama that involved a couple of people who pretty much trolled me on Facebook with fake accounts. So it goes. So now I have a gift code for The Last Express that I purchased last December, which hasn't been redeemed since. In any case, their loss is your gain - post a comment below about how much you hate people on Facebook, or about how someone screwed you over on Facebook to enter. I think that some people act as if they are the only people on the planet, and that the world revolves around them. Self obsessed.

I hate Facebook. I have an account with a fake name that I used for a contest once,but that's it. I really think people who have legit Facebook accounts are morons, and that company is really run by the NWO, to make spying on imbecils(the vast majority of the human species) more easier.

Well I don't hate facebook itself I just really hate the facebook community those have to be some of the dumbest people alive on there, hence why I don't hate facebook since they make me laugh with their fails, but what i hate the most are the girls that complain constantly and then try to show off and oh god don't get me started on this haha.

I strongly dislike Facebook because it's just a pulpit for the insecurities and arrogance of people. It's all posturing. "Look at the new thing I bought!" "Listen to my mundane story about how the coolest coincidence ever happened!" "Pray for me, I'm so nervous about this math exam!"

Facebook thrives on this kind of attention-whoring behavior. It brings out the worst in people and cripples their ability to interact in real life. I don't use Facebook and only have a fake account for promo purposes. And I think it's sad that so many people place so much weight on Zuckerberg's desire for "open internet", aka an internet where companies have all your information and don't respect your privacy at all..

Decades from now historians will look back on the era of "social media/networking" and ask themselves, "WTF were people thinking?"

I have this terrible vision of 150 years in the future....A classroom full of school children surfing through the facebook of now on their from their hover desks and being completely dumfounded at the way we behave.. in the name of a history project.

I use a fake name and keep it private. FB is pretty useless to me; I only have a few people on my friends list, and that's only because they're out of state. No real horror stories because aside from just being another way to say "hello" to people, I'm not interested in doing anything else with it.

Someone hacked my cousin's account once and proceeded to instant message me and to try to convince me it was her and that she needed money, giving some long story about being stuck in London. I verified she was in the middle of teaching a middle school class in Virginia and she changed all her info, but the whole thing was annoying. I love getting to stay in touch with people in a convenient way, but especially around election times, Facebook can be hell to even look at.
