I'm 24 and have never owned a motorcycle. They look really cool, but I think I'd be a bit scared to actually ride one.

I love those, but I do kind of like all the body on them, I read that the 999 comes as a full on race bike straight out of the box.

Suzuki TRL1000r my current bike :D nowhere near as fast as the gixer1k but its a goer! :D

The only time I rode a motorbike was a scooter in Greece, and I fell and had gravel cut my forearm pretty badly, but no broken bones.

We started riding maybe 5 years ago. Should I be surprised that it was around my 39th b-day? Nah.

The blue one is my '09 Kawasaki ER-6n, purchased in 2010. Got it for cheap, as the very last sale before the local dealer changed hands. It's a 'naked' Ninja 650 for the most part.

The white one is my wife's new ride, the new Ninja 300. What a sweet little bike. Not much power (even though it's a big boost over the previous carb'd 250) but it's super-lightweight.

I'm currently 45, she's 49, and no broken bones. She laid down her old bike (too heavy for her) a couple times at very low speed and I've never dumped one. Hope I didn't just jinx it...

Anyway, nice Duc. Please tell me you embrace ATGATT... too many knothead drivers out there to not wear full gear for every ride.
