Anyone interested in this should read Robert Sapolsky's Why Zebras Don't Get Ulcers.

Or everyone should, really.

Essential reading.
I have that grueling commute down 16 stairs. Sucks. Sometimes I have to put on... shoes.

Then again, Tuesday and Wednesday last week my commute was 553 miles. But I like to drive so that's cool, too. Somehow managed to dodge the Chicago rush hour bullet both ways.
Commute has been 15 minutes for two different jobs, past three years. Lucky, lucky, I pity all of you that have the misfortune of something much longer.

The downside is I tend to chronically sleep in late because I overestimate my ability to get to the office quickly.

My commute used to be 1 hour in the morning, 2 in the evening, thanks to a really stupid train timetable. These days, it's under 10 seconds.
I used to drive an hour to school and an hour back. I actually enjoyed it, it was a nice peaceful way to get away from the world for an hour and listen to good music.

Roman5: One of the previous jobs I had took me an hour and a half to go one way by train

If it wasn't for my PSP then I probably would have killed myself from boredom during that time

MGShogun: What games do you usually play on your PSP?
Right now? Pretty much nothing at this point, PSP is very quiet this year

Back then however I played a truckload of games - Ultimate Ghosts N goblins, Megaman Maverick hunter X, Castlevania X, Killzone liberation, Burnout legends, Crush

Damn...talking about this kinna makes me nostalgia about the first years of the PSP damn those were good times
Dunno about work... but I'm 10-15 minutes away from university... I enjoy walking every meter of the road, not driving (since I don't know and atm don't care to learn how to).
I catch up on podcasts, and/or play on my ipod touch.
