As discussed in the Lumino City thread, this is The First Annual GOG Papercraft Wishlist!

Here's how it works:

Every year, we want a special game. It could be from a lover or a family member or a fellow GOGlodyte. But you don't want to make a crummy letter to Santa. (By the way, if you rearrange the letters in santa, it spells "a ants." He's actually just a large collection of ants! And he has terrible grammar. And he hates to read your cards!)

No, you want to make a GOG Papercraft Wishlist!

You could make a papercraft scene from a game, or combine multiple games. You could even make a papercraft ornament. Anything you wish.

The primary goal is to make it and have fun doing it. And then share it with others to spread some Christmas cheer!

And the GOG community is a fairly giving community. You might just get your wish! Especially if you show your love through a wonderful papercraft scene or ornament that people love.

Don't have something on your wishlist? Make a papercraft item that displays your thankfulness for a great GOG.

So what are you waiting for? Go make something fun! It can be cheap and easy, complex and wonderful. If you're not an artist, make it good and crappy. And we'll have a good laugh together. It can be anything you want!

P.S. I love all sorts of people's faith traditions. Is you want to make a relevant non-Christmas papercraft, that's great too! I think Hanukkah is a spectacular holiday and I'm pretty ignorant about others'. So you could spread some other cheer and even teach others about your culture/religion if you want!

P.P.S. Check out these brilliant papercrafts on the Lumino City thread!

P.P.P.S. If you want to see these or submit, don't forget to "favorite" this thread.

I'm in after I take a slight break with my Lumino City submission. I have some interesting ideas to look into regarding how to portray my little wishlist. I more just want to do it for fun and less on if it'll ever get recognized. Speaking for myself as a non artistic person out there, the key word here is fun and something to do in your spare time (within reason since this is a Christmas wishlist, can't procrastinate till May or something lol). Thank you for the thread Tallima and +1 for papercrafting goodness! :D
I made a terrible dragon for Dragon Commander (don't anyone dare gift it -- seriously). I got a pic or two before the kids tore it off the tree and were trying to eat each other with it. I'll post a pic in a few days. Things are busy over here (what with the dragon eating everyone)

I keen to see that mighty children-eating dragon :P

+1 for the great idea.

Is it ok for people to make papercraft of games they don't wish for because they already have them?
Sure! I think... Every papercraft is appreciated and very interesting to see!

Yes! Great idea. Make a game for anything you want, of course! But do something festive (I put mine on my tree) and fun!
Sounds like a pretty great idea.
I'll see if I have some spare time.
Sounds great!

If I have time and idea to do the scene from the game, I might do it.

But for now, I will just hold my popcorn and wait for first sacrificial lamb...
