Daggerfall would be my number one selection for a game that should be added to GOG.com, anyone else feeling it?

It was an amazing game then, it would be an amazing one now. Much more possibilities tha in Morrowind, just more generated stuff, which took away personality a bit...

I'd love to give it a whirl.
Though, are there any mods these days that kill some of the numerous nasty bugs Daggerfall is known to have?
i.e. Battle your way down 30 levels of a dungeon, find the item you need, and the item is stuck in the wall so it's impossible to take to finish the quest.

It doesn't work properly when run directly in XP - all the monsters are invisible! I've had reasonable success running it in DOSBOX though.

I just bought the game on eBay for about $38. It runs fine under Dosbox.
Bethesda is historically picky about their IP, though, so I don't know if wee'll see it on GOG anytime soon.

Do you think anyone would be able to get Morrowind in here, since it's still selling in GOTY?

I've seen it at the bargain bin at Walmart for $9.99, but maybe not. It was the main game w/o any expansions.

I would love to see one of the earlier Elder Scrolls games come to GOG. That would be great.

The first Elder Scrolls, Arena, is now released as a freeware by Bethesda Software, you can find it on Elder Scrolls official website. Have fun :D

but yeah i would love a winxp/vista version of daggerfall..i own the original cd and i cant stand pissing around trying to get it working in dosbox all the time and i cant be bothered to set up my old win95 machine either..
