Well, considering that there's a general statistic that keeps track how good a job GOG is doing at fulfilling wishes it's just fair. It happens regularly that a game gets released that I totally would have voted for if I only had thought of it - so I think it's just fair that after release I can add votes to the wish.
Well, of course not. Can you imagine a job offer that says "duplicate and spam remover"? Of course not! There's better use of manpower than that! And who would accept such a demeaning job anyway... *hundreds of hands get raised*
Ooooh... maybe they should do just that. They should probably call it "cleaner" or "digital janitor" or something, though.

They could easily limit "game requests" duplicates by simply using mandatory verified textboxs for game titles (plus optional subtitle\number\pack).

For "feature requests" all is more complicated, but categories\keywords would greatly improve all that mess. (even if the search is indeed quite fast)

I like the community wishlist, it's always nice to see there's 1 or 2 or perhaps even 3 other people who like a game you yourself like.

I'll agree with anyone pointing out the one aggravating thing: duplicate entries!

Amusingly, even the request for removing duplicates (in the requested features list) has duplicates...

well, there is currently an option available to flag a wish as a duplicate - the Options drop-down in the upper-lefthand corner. seems like no one is using/ monitoring it though.

but yeah, I went to add Stars! to the community wishlist and I was pleasetly surprised to find that it has already been added with 250+ votes

I am using it and 14 of my wishes were fulfilled.
