WALLACE & GROMIT are fantastic movies, I truly love them - but I also sort of think that their perfect craftmanship makes their claymation less interesting than more rough animation where the clay figures actually look like clay figures, with fingerprints and everything.
The horror antology THE ABC OF DEATH (2012) introduced a fresh concept: 26 horror shorts based on the letters of the alphabet! I enjoyed that antology, it was a breath of fresh air, even if a lot of the entries were crap. The entry T IS FOR TOILET is done in claymation, in a really rough style:

While the movie is live action, its intro and the ending special effect are done in claymation. The movie is about a family who has bough a guest house. The problem is that 1) they have almost no costumers 2) the costumers they do have tends to die in wierd accidents. Here is the intro - if I have to pick one fave, this is it:
