What would I change? Replace the pancreas with a working one, maybe? Synthetic/electronic or otherwise doesn't much matter, as long as I wouldn't have to take medicine for the body not to reject it - if I'd need medicine, I'd prefer to just keep my broken pancreas and thus my diabetes instead.

Beyond that... perhaps replace my hands with these, though I'd need a keyboard to match, and a compatible brain to make effective use of them.
